We are the famous bike shop in Peaslake village on the Surrey Hills trails. We have a team of 10 staff, all of whom are keen riders (with some even being sponsored) and are open 362 days a year.

As a Specialized dealer, we are able to offer component warranty on this bike until 16/09/2025 (this includes the electrical items on e-bikes) and a lifetime warranty on the frame when returned to us.

This bike is one of our fleet bikes used for corporate days, guided events and rental. Throughout its life on our fleet it has been protected with invisiFrame, after every ride has been washed and lubed and after every 10 rides has been serviced by our in house workshop team.

Prior to being advertised for sale, our bikes undergo an extensive “pre-sales service”. This includes, a full strip and rebuild of the bike, grips replaced, gear and dropper cables replaced, chain and cassette replaced (if required), any bearings replaced (if required), tyres replaced and finally firmware is updated (for e-bikes). - It’s worth mentioning our head mechanic Oli is a team mechanic on a world cup downhill racing team.

Lead times can vary on bikes subject to the time it takes to complete a service.
