Working at Riders Hub

Riders Hub is based in Peaslake village in the Surrey Hills, at the heart of mountain bike riding in the South East of England. We work with some of the best brands in cycling and we expect our team to reflect the same high standards.

People work with us because they enjoy the outdoors and have an interest in cycling, although that does not have to mean mountain biking alone. We are building a team of people who are capable, positive, and proud of the way they work.

For us, the right personality and a positive, can-do attitude matter more than extensive technical cycling knowledge. We can help the right people build their knowledge over time, but attitude, energy, and the way you approach work are absolutely essential.

For customer-facing roles, we are looking for people who are charming, efficient, and bring a can-do attitude. You should enjoy meeting people, smile easily, want to help customers, and work well as part of a team.

We offer a fantastic working environment, a young and enthusiastic team, and the chance to be involved in a wide variety of tasks both on-site and off-site. Staff also benefit from an excellent discount programme, with opportunities for training in relevant areas through major brands.

For an exceptional full-time candidate, there will be the opportunity to join a small team of people who own the business, as we believe the business should be part-owned by its staff.

For non-customer-facing roles, there will still be some customer contact, but it is absolutely fine if you are a little less outgoing. What matters most is attitude, reliability, and a willingness to contribute positively to the business.

We are serious about standards. If you do not enjoy working hard, helping people, and contributing positively to a team, Riders Hub is probably not the right fit.
